What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or booking form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email (optional), your child's name or initials and age, your concern, and your message. We deliberately collect the minimum needed to respond to you.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule appointments, and provide care. We never sell or share your information for marketing. Because enquiries concern children, the information is always provided by, and discussed with, the parent or legal guardian — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored in our secure database (hosted in India) and are accessible only to authorised clinic staff behind a login. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will — email sagun.gupta1991@gmail.com.
Cookies & analytics
We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help parents. We never record what you type into forms in analytics.
