Posture, Scoliosis & Spine Care
Growing spines face long school hours, heavy bags and a lot of screens. From everyday slouching to diagnosed scoliosis, we assess, strengthen and monitor — with exercise programs kids actually do, and honest guidance on when specialist referral is needed.

Common questions
Can exercises straighten scoliosis?
Exercise programs help manage curves, posture and strength, and support bracing — but significant curves need specialist monitoring. We work alongside your orthopaedic doctor and are honest about what exercise can and can't do.
Is slouching actually harmful, or just a habit?
Mostly it reflects endurance — muscles tire and the body slumps. Building postural strength fixes what nagging never will.
